I took my family on a daytrip to La Fé/Pinzon/Daphne Minor organised by these clowns. I cannot recommend the experience at all.
The naturalist guide on the daytour (name was Cesar) was extremely unfriendly. He never smiled, and the word "please" did not seem to exist in his vocabulary. By itself, this would not be much of a problem, however:
1) My wife was feeling extremely seasick during the duration of the tour. The naturalist guide was acting extremely unempathetic and cold towards her, and barking orders while she was puking.
2) For safety, I had put a life-jacket on my youngest child (8-years old). Everyone knows that life jackets are designed to keep your body in a somewhat vertical position. This made our naturalist guide very unhappy, and he was YELLING at my son (in Spanglish) that he needed to "be horizontal" in the water. It is not appropriate to yell at a child, and naturally my son started crying from having a weird guy yelling at him. We had to abort the snokel trip early, and my childred did not want to go into the water anymore after that horrible experience.
In summary: AVOID any tours through Galapagos Living. Their naturalist guide seems to think he is running Seal Team Six, not a leisurely snorkling expedition.
